5:30    Leaders arrive ready to greet Beavers and Parents.                                                      

6:00    Beavers arrive with Parents.  Settling in, room assignment        

(using Sorting Hat), gather in Hall, explain theme of Sleepover

and any rules of the site, etc. Explain ‘Pumpkin Points’ collection

7:00    Wide game with torches.                                                                   

8:30    Supper – soup, hot dogs and buns. Drinks                                   

9:00    Campfire songs      

9:30    Into pyjamas, mess about  in rooms.

10:00  Cocoa and biscuits.  Quiet game ‘BabyPictures’.                                                                                                             

11:00  Into rooms.

11:30  Lights out. Confiscate torches. Leaders meet in Hall  - Beavers still supervised.

12:00  Sleeping peacefully!!

Sat. 16th Oct. 04

7:30    Up, get washed and dressed.

8:00    Breakfast. Have Word Searches etc. available.                                

9:00    Flag break. Outdoor activities:

            1. Beaver Trail 

            2. Relay Races (could be indoor if necessary)                                   

 10:30  Change into dry clothes (uniform). Hot drink and cake.                    

 11:00  Craft Bases

            1. Magic Lantern                                                                                

            2. Bats on a String                                                                                       

            3. Bat Hats                                                                                                    

            4. Flying Frogs                                                                                             

            5. Spider Web Biscuits                                                                               

 12:30  Buffet lunch.                                                                                                 

 1:15    Pack bags.

 2:00    Parents arrive. Scouts’ Own. Closing ceremony and presentation        

 of Sleepover Badges and Certificates.  Feedback from Beavers.       

 2:30    Beavers handed over to Parents.

 3:00 – 5:30  Evaluation by Leaders. Cleaning of rooms and prep for

            arrival of second batch of Beavers. Showers and naps!! Meal.

 6:00    New, fresh Beavers arrive. Programme above repeated.
