Game:
Sandstorm
The BS are crossing a large
beach - as they move about the room
When a leader shouts
SANDSTORM and points in a certain direction
The BS have to get down onto
the floor with their backs to the storm (with hands over ears and eyes
closed). The last BS down - without their back away from the storm is OUT

Craft
Bases: Shell paper weight
Using the shells and pebbles
collected the previous week - use pollyfiller to make up a paper weight
OR - press the shell into a
plasticine disc. Wrap card collar around the shape to form a mould - and
fill with pollyfiller. Additional shells could be pressed into the
plasticine - or add an impression of the BS name (remember to mirror write
this)

Game:
Connect
The BS sit in a circle. The
leader says the word beach - the next BS has to say an associated word eg:
sand etc - this then carries on around the circle as long as possible. Try
other words to start - Pleasure beach, promenade etc
