Game:  Where they grow

The BS have to decide where certain fruit / vegetables grow

Name 3 corners of the room as: Trees, Underground, On the ground

The leader calls out a particular name e.g. Apple

The BS have to run to the corner that they think is correct.

Craft: Potato printing

Let the BS make a print from a potato. The BS then use their print (or they can share each others) to make a picture of fruit (growing on a tree) or vegetables

Game: Fruit Run

The BS sit in a circle and are given the name of a fruit in rotation. One BS is selected to stand in the centre. When the leader shouts the name of a fruit the BS have to swap places - with the BS in the centre trying to get a seat.

If the leader calls ‘fruit salad’ all the BS swap places.

Skill: What is it

Run a 2 bases:

1.        BS have to name a fruit / vegetable by taste (carrot, apple etc.)

2.       BS have to name a fruit / vegetable by smell (lemon, onion etc)
