The Beaver Scouts of West Lancashire met up for a FUN packed day at Tawd Vale Scout Campsite Lancashire in June.

More than 1,500 Beavers, Leaders and Helpers attended the event.

The day was blessed with excellent weather and the Beavers and Leaders attempted to earn money "Grouts" by going along to a Trading Post and earning these Grouts by either singing a song etc to gain access to

16 bases around the campsite.  All in the theme of Dungeons and Dragons.  The people manning these bases were all suitably attired in Fancy Dress to the Theme.

A magician was on hand all day to keep them entertained and the Knights from Camelot Theme park also came along.

Special guests included the Chair of the Council, ACC Beaver Scout Cumbria Area and ACC Beaver Scout East Lancashire plus our County Commissioner and DC's from around the Districts.

The Dragon (alias ACC Beaver Scout West Lancashire) kept a watchful eye on the proceedings during the day.
