South Ribble Beaver Scouts Presentation of Challenge Award Certificates.

The annual presentation of challenge award certificates was held at Balshaws’ High School on Thursday 13th February.  The Beaver Scouts, who had already been given their badges in their colonies, were presented with their certificates by Assistant County Commissioner Gill Sharman.

Thirty six beaver scouts have earned their challenge awards in the last twelve months and some of them are shown in the photograph below.  Gill also presented the very first Chief Scouts Bronze Awards to be gained in the District to Lewis Moring and Gregory Clarkson from 5th Penwortham, Matthew Ankers and Jonathan Churchill from Leyland St Ambrose Beaver Scouts.
